Dear SCA Family and Friends:

It is with great joy that I announce a new partnership that goes into effect today, Friday, October 1, 2010 between SCA International and the Mission Canada arm of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC).

The PAOC and SCA believe that a partnership will have many benefits including, but not limited to:
* the provision of a new venue of ministry for the PAOC
* a new broader and stronger exposure to the Christian community for SCA
* benefits in ministry for the Aboriginal Community in Canada and in discipleship for Aboriginal Christians across Canada

To that end, the PAOC will, as the Lord enables them, provide PAOC-credentialed missionaries, recruited and trained by the PAOC as resources to SCA on a secondment basis, to work on, or from, one of SCA’s Ministry Centres across Canada.

Please be advised that several missionary opportunities are now available and Christians belonging to the PAOC may wish to contact their Missions Canada offices for more information.  Others may wish to contact our SCA Office.

We are excited about what God can do with two organizations working together in this way.  We, at SCA, along with our new partners, are committed to sharing the Gospel and making Disciples right here in Canada.  We are not worried about who gets the credit.  To that end, we at SCA hope this new agreement will serve as a template for more partnerships with other like-minded organizations and denominations in Canada and beyond.  We would love to hear from others who may be interested in discussing such opportunities.
