Accommodations
Main Lodge:
This building houses our kitchen, dining hall, bathrooms and a private suite downstairs. The dining hall has a capacity of 120. Upstairs accommodations include the lounge, 4 private rooms, 2 Bunk Rooms (no linens supplied on single beds), first aid station and main washrooms with showers. See Floor Plan for details. Linens are provided for all double and queen-size beds. The lounge upstairs is not included unless chosen as your meeting space.
Cabin buildings:
Each building consists of 5 carpeted cabins equipped with bunk beds (no linens available). Total capacity in each building is 52. One building is winterized with heaters.
Abe’s Place & Margaret’s Nook:
Two private winterized cabins nestled against the trees a short walk from the lodge. Each contains a queen-sized bed, bunk bed, table and chair. Linens are supplied for the queen bed.
Camp Sites:
Campsite rentals are available for groups also renting lodge or cabin accommodations: $15.00/night/tent and $20.00/night/RV’s or trailers. With water and electric hook-ups. See Rates for meal pricing.
Meals
Catered:Hearty catered meals come complete with cleanup by camp personnel . Please refer to our Rates page for pricing and information. We will attempt to accommodate diet requirements if we are notified two weeks in advance.
Meal Times*:
Breakfast: 8:00 a.m.
Lunch: 12:00 noon
Supper: 5:30 p.m.
*All meals will be served at above listed times. Any changes in meal times must be agreed to at least two weeks prior to retreat.
Non-catered:
Should your group request to cook for themselves, a charge of $50.00/day covers the use of our kitchen or $100.00/weekend ( Friday evening snack to Sunday lunch) and includes camp personnel for dishwashing table ware (not including pots, pans, or serving utensils), but excludes the use of our Convection oven. The rental group is responsible for washing pots, pans, and serving utensils and must provide its own condiments, coffee, drinks, etc. Adequate cooler space will be provided. Guests are responsible for leaving the kitchen in the condition in which it was found with all items washed and put away (this includes all pots, pans, and serving utensils).
Amenities
Outdoor Pool:
Above-ground, 18’ x 33’ complete with deck. Seasonal use (June, July, August). Free for rental groups.
Playground:
Our large playground has a plethora of activities for you to enjoy. Sports equipment is provided. Free for rental groups.
Canoeing:
Canoes, paddles and lifejackets are available free for rental groups.
The Butterfly Stop:
Our tuck shop is available for retreats and sells candy, pop, personal items and souvenirs.
Pellet Rifles and Archery Range:
Available only with an Eagle Bay Instructor and costs an additional $25.00/hour each, with a minimum charge of one hour.
Climbing Wall:
Available only with an Eagle Bay Instructor and costs an additional $40.00/hour, with a minimum charge of one hour. Subject to suitable weather conditions.
Chapel:
Our chapel comfortably accommodates 120. This building is winterized for year-round use. $50.00/day.
Lounge:
The lounge comfortably seats 30-40 and is winterized for year round use.
Games Room:
Our games room is equipped with a variety of table games for your enjoyment. Available year-round at a cost of $25.00/day.
