Hugh’s calling and ministry through SCA  is focused on the following:

To reach males, both believers and unbelievers, churched and un-churched, who are blocked from, or stunted in their spiritual growth because of their habitual involvement in sexual immorality; and to be used by God to bring them into a vibrant and liberating relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.   In particular, through a sub-ministry of SCA’s called “Men of Valour Counselling”  (using a separate website www.menofvalour.org), he will start with the following:

-Offer Christ-centered short-term, individual counselling for males — primarily on the phone, email, or Skype, but also in person as appropriate.

-Act as a database and resource centre, referring to males to Christ-centered resources available and refer spouses to available resources, as they need healing as well.

-The main areas of issues to be addressed by Hugh initially will be those of anger, low self-image, lust and over-eating.
