DIRECTOR: Chad Bruneski
Chad was raised on a ranch in Big Lake, B.C. He met his wife, Coby, at Briercrest Bible College. Their first daughter, Amy, was born in March 2003; son, Wesley, in December 2005; and second daughter, Ashlyn, November 2007.
Chad joined the ministry team in May of 2004. His duties have been varied—assisting in our Leadership Training Program and running Gym Nights, volunteering at a local reserve school, routine maintenance and even cooking at retreats. Coby is a full-time mother and homemaker, providing support to her husband and assisting the ministry, whenever possible.

Alex & Tanya Vasilyevi
On April 18, 2012, Alex and Tanya joined SCA International from the Ukraine, along with their daughter Emily (2011). Both Alex and Tanya were involved in Christian ministry in the Ukraine doing Sunday school, working with orphans and doing children’s & youth outreach programs for the community.
It was Christian camps that help their faith grow; Tanya from a very young age and Alex as a teenager, so they are excited that God has led them into that type of ministry here in Canada.
It was a long process to get the Vasilyevi’s from the Ukraine to Canada; lots of paper work, patience and faith in God. Even as they crossed the border, they had faith that their three month visa would be extended to their desired stay of two year, and it was changed! Praise God! All of the events leading to their arrival have been evidence of God’s faithfulness and have convinced them that SCA Eagle Bay is where God wants them to be.
